The questionnaires, family information sheets, Information Summary sheets, intervention activity sheets, What Is ASQ-3? handout, What is ASQ:SE-2? handout, mailing sheets, Parent Conference Sheets, Child Monitoring Sheets, and order form can be posted on your program’s local area network (LAN) or intranet if only people in your organization at a single physical site can have access to the LAN or intranet. Employees can then print and use the questionnaires as needed, but only from their computers at that single physical site. Remote access from another physical site, including by virtual private network (VPN), file transfer protocol (FTP), tunneling protocols, or other means, is not permitted.
