The roles in ASQ Online refer to the different levels of users that are available in the system. In ASQ Online, there are 4 different roles that a user can have: Account Administrators, Program Administrators, Providers, and Reviewers. Each role has different permissions and features available to them, and different sets of reports are available to each role.

Each user in your ASQ Online account is assigned at least one role, but users may have multiple roles, too. For example, a Provider for one program can also be set up as a Provider for another program.
