What is a child profile?

Child Profiles are where the children in your program and their corresponding data are stored. Each child in your program will have their own Child Profile, and each profile includes information such as the child's name, birthdate, child ID number, address, etc. The Child Profiles also contain all screening data for each child, including screenings in progress and previously completed screenings. Tasks, notes, caregiver information, and providers & reviewers assigned to the child are also shown in the Child Profile. 

To access the child profiles for the children assigned to you, click the "Child Profiles" tab in the ASQ Online navigation bar.
