How do I share our Family Access page with our families?

There are a number of ways you can invite families to complete a screening through Family Access. On the Family Access tab, the URLs for each page are listed in the middle column. You can copy that URL and text or email it to parents, or you can post it on your program's website. The Family Access pages are mobile-optimized, so families can complete the questionnaires on their phone, tablet, or computer without issue. 

You can also send families the Family Access Invitation Letter via email through ASQ Online with a link to the Family Access page by going to the Family Access tab and clicking "Send" on the right-hand side of a particular Family Access page. When you click "Send", you will be taken first to a list of children who have screenings due. If you need to select a child who does not have a screening currently due, you can switch to all Child Profiles by clicking the "Child Profiles" tab at the top of the list. Once you've found the child you would like to send the Family Access page for, you can click "Email" on the right-hand side to send an email to the caregiver. Or, you can print the invitation letter and give it to the caregiver, too.
