What is a Program Administrator?

Program Administrators exist in both Pro and Enterprise accounts. If you are the Program Administrator of an ASQ Online Pro account, you are the top administrator of your account. You can set up multiple Program Administrators to assist with duties as needed.

The Program Administrator can create, edit, and delete user records; create, archive, and delete child profiles; enter child screening data; assign Child Profiles to Providers and/or Providers to Child Profiles; schedule tasks and generate packets and documents for children; and generate reports.

If your account has Family Access, Program Administrators can also create Family Access pages for their program.
