To use a packet, click "View/Print Packets" on the left-hand side of the Screening Management page. There, you will see all of the System Packets, Program Packets, and My Packets. You can also search for a specific packet using the search box at the top of the page. 

Once you've found the packet that you need, click "Generate" on the right-hand side of the page for the packet you would like to generate. Then, you'll select the child or children you would like to generate the packet for by clicking "Add" on the right-hand side. The system will dynamically populate the child's info into the document. A box will then appear above the list of children where you can print the packet(s). Then, you can either download the files as a PDF or a ZIP file.
