Yes, clinicians can share their screen during a telehealth session to show caregivers the PDFs of the questionnaire.

During the session, the clinician can ask the questionnaire items in an interview format while sharing their screen. Then, the clinician can mark the caregivers' answers down on a copy of the questionnaire.
