The ASQ keycode is printed on a sticker that is affixed to the inside of your box of ASQ-3 or ASQ:SE-2 questionnaires or inside the front cover of your Learning Activities book. See a sample sticker. 

Keycode stickers are different colors on different products:

ASQ-3 English: light blue
ASQ-3 Spanish: light green
ASQ:SE-2 English: light beige
ASQ:SE-2 Spanish: light pink
ASQ-3 Learning Activities: light gray
ASQ-3 Actividades de aprendizaje : white with black border
ASQ:SE-2 Learning Activities & More: white
ASQ:SE-2 Actividades de aprendizaje y más : white with red text
