Account Administrators are the top-level user for an ASQ Online Enterprise accounts; ASQ Online Pro accounts do not have Account Administrators. The top-level user for a Pro account is the Program Administrator.

The Account Administrator oversees the entire ASQ Online account and can set up program accounts and assign Program Administrators, create, edit, and delete users across programs, and can generate aggregate reports account-wide. The Program Administrator in a Pro account, can created, edit, and delete users within the program and generate reports program-wide.
