A subscription to ASQ Pro, ASQ Enterprise, and/or an ASQ Family Access add-on subscription is purchased on an annual basis. Programs are eligible to purchase an online subscription after they have purchased the ASQ-3 or ASQ:SE-2 questionnaires.

In addition to the annual subscription, programs are charged on an annual basis for screening usage. Each completed ASQ-3 or ASQ:SE-2 questionnaire scored by ASQ Pro or ASQ Enterprise is counted as a screen. The per-screen fee is $0.50 per screen. Programs are billed for their screening usage at the end of the subscription year.
