ASQ Family Access is the online questionnaire completion system for use with ASQ-3 and ASQ:SE-2 questionnaires. Programs use ASQ Family Access to allow parents or caregivers to complete questionnaires for their child online using a computer, tablet, or smart phones with internet access. Parent responses link to the ASQ Online management system for program acceptance and automated scoring and storage within a child record.
