Someone accidentally created a second Child Profile for a child in my program. Can I merge these profiles?

Yes, Child Profiles can be merged to avoid duplicate entries. Go to the Child Profile of the child who has duplicate profiles and click "Merge" at the top of the page. Then, select the second Child Profile that you would like to merge with. Child Profiles with the same name and/or birthdate will be bolded for easier finding.

Please note that when merging 2 profiles, the Child Profile that you are merging into is the data that will prevail. If the merging profile has separate demographic data than the profile being merged into, the demographic data will be overwritten.
