ASQ Online allows for Child Profiles to be archived in the system. This will remove the Child Profiles from the main list under the "Child Profiles" tab, but will not remove the child's data from the account. The archived child profiles will appear under the Archived tab within the Child Profiles section. Program Administrators can archive Child Profiles by going to the "Child Profiles" tab. In the list of Child Profiles, the Program Administrator will click the box(es) on the right-hand side of the Child Profiles they would like to archive. Then, they will click "Archive" next to the "Export" button. This will archive all Child Profiles that were selected.

To recover an archived Child Profile, the Program Administrator can click the "Archived" tab on the Child Profiles page, check the box(es) of the Child Profiles they would like to recover, and then click "Unarchive" next to the "Export" button.
