For the gender field, ASQ Online only includes the response options of male or female. Can the responses for this field be changed to be more inclusive and include gender neutral or non-binary options? Or, can the field be changed to a non-required field?

With the current ASQ Online system, there is unfortunately not a way to make the gender field not required. And at this time, we’re unable to add a third gender neutral option for that field.
We recognize the importance of being inclusive, and we are planning to have a gender neutral option in the next iteration of ASQ Online, which will be available with the publication of ASQ-4.
