An ASQ Online Pro account is an account for a single site or location. For example, a program that consists of a single child care center would fall under the scope of an ASQ Online Pro Account. If your program has multiple locations/sites, and you want them all under a single account, then you would need an ASQ Online Enterprise account. 

An ASQ Online Pro account allows you to set up an unlimited number of program administrators and providers. Provider users are assigned to specific child profiles and only see the child profile data of those children assigned to them. Program Administrators have the ability to create a child profile classroom field so they can run screening reports on data by provider and/or classroom.
