An ASQ Online Enterprise account is an account structure that allows organizations to link multiple locations under one account. For example, an organization that has 10 different child care centers would need an ASQ Online Enterprise account; each child care center would be set up as a Program in the account. Each program works independently within the Enterprise account and each program in ASQ Online is accessible only by the program users that are provided access to the program. This allows the organization to manage data and run reports across all of their locations, or for individual locations as needed.
Each physical location/site that will be using ASQ Online will need to purchase the ASQ tool(s) that they will be using. For example, if all 10 child care centers are planning to use both ASQ-3 English and ASQ:SE-2 English, each center will need to purchase the ASQ-3 English and ASQ:SE-2 English kits and enter the keycodes into the ASQ Online account to unlock access to the questionnaires.
