The Account Administrator of an Enterprise account and the Program Administrator of a Pro account have the ability to create custom fields. The custom fields that are created in an Enterprise account, will appear in every program within the account. There is not a way for the Enterprise Account Admin to create separate custom fields for separate programs. The Account Administrator of an Enterprise account and the Program Administrator of a Pro account will select the type of custom field to create and will choose to make the custom fields required or not, and will also choose whether or not the field will appear in Family Access for parent completion.
