"es, there are two options for importing data into ASQ Online.

Option 1: Importing Data via a .CSV File
Child Profile data can also be imported into ASQ Online via .CSV files from another database Account Administrators and Program Administrators. Account Administrators can import this data by going to the "Account" tab and clicking "Import Data" on the left-hand side of the screen. There, they'll select the type of data import they are doing and upload the file with the data they want to import. Templates for importing data can be found on the "Download Data Templates" tab above the "Import Type" dropdown menu. Program Administrators can import this data by going to the "Program" tab and following the same steps above.

Option 2: Automated Programming Interface (API)
Automated Programming Interface (API) allows ASQ Online to communicate with an existing database to enable data to flow to and from ASQ Online and the other database. API is an add-on feature that you can purchase for your account. The API add-on feature will require your IT department (or an outside vendor) to develop the bridge to connect your database to your ASQ Online account so data can move between both systems.
