To see a child's previously completed, go to the child's profile. Directly under the Child Profile Details, there is a "Child Screenings" section. The five most recent screenings will be listed there, but you can also view all screenings for that child by clicking "View All". Once you have found the screening you are looking for, you can click on that screening and you will see the Information Summary Sheet for that screening. You can see each individual page by clicking the page tab above the Information Summary Sheet. 

If you would like to download or print the screening results, you can click "Print Information Summary Sheet", "Print Questionnaire", or "Print Summary and Questionnaire", depending on what you need.
