I am a program director with a large child and family service agency in Canada. Due to government regulations around information management, we are unable to store child data on servers in the United States, which prevents us from using ASQ Online. Is there a plan to establish a server for ASQ Online in Canada to solve this issue?

We have several ASQ users in Canada who are experiencing similar challenges with using the ASQ Online system. Does ASQ Online have a mobile app?

No, there is not an app for ASQ Online. However, ASQ Family Access pages are responsively designed, which allows the pages to adjust based on the size of the mobile device allowing for easy readability. We are currently exploring developing an app for parents.

Is there a limit to the number of users for one ASQ Online account?

No. ASQ Online subscriptions can have an unlimited number of users. It is up to the Account Administrator(s) to set up the appropriate number of users for your ASQ Online account.
