No, Family Access is only available through a web browser. Families must have an active internet connection to complete a screening through Family Access.
To use ASQ Online, the computer or mobile device must be connected to the internet. Offline administration is not possible at this time. In the situation you describe, the home visitor would need to bring a paper copy of the ASQ to complete and then enter the data into ASQ Online when they returned to the office.
No, there is not an app for ASQ Online. However, ASQ Family Access pages are responsively designed, which allows the pages to adjust based on the size of the mobile device allowing for easy readability. We are currently exploring developing an app for parents.
