Yes, information about each ASQ:SE-2 item can be found on pages 33–35 (Table 3.3) in the ASQ:SE-2 User’s Guide. In addition to listing the behavioral area, associated content, and ASQ:SE-2 items by age interval, this chart also includes an indication if an item is new to the 2nd edition.

We use the ASQ-3 as part of our developmental screening program and are piloting a Project LAUNCH initiative with the ASQ:SE-2 to improve our focus on social-emotional needs of infants and toddlers. Have you conducted research on or do you recommended a 2-step process where only children with a delay in the Personal-Social area of the ASQ-3 receive an ASQ:SE-2 rather than screening with both questionnaires for every child?
We have not collected data on this two-step process, but we do recommend it for programs that aren’t able to screen every child with both the ASQ-3 and ASQ:SE-2. Can the ASQ questionnaires be administered through ASQ Online when not connected to wifi or mobile data? For example, if a home visitor was taking a tablet to a rural area without internet access, is there an app that allows for offline administration?
To use ASQ Online, the computer or mobile device must be connected to the internet. Offline administration is not possible at this time. In the situation you describe, the home visitor would need to bring a paper copy of the ASQ to complete and then enter the data into ASQ Online when they returned to the office.
What type of data analysis is possible with ASQ Online? My program uses ASQ-3 and ASQ:SE-2 at intake for our infant development and counseling center, and it is difficult to analyze aggregated data of children using the paper version.

No, there is not an app for ASQ Online. However, ASQ Family Access pages are responsively designed, which allows the pages to adjust based on the size of the mobile device allowing for easy readability. We are currently exploring developing an app for parents.
